How do you check your previous posts?

I'd like to look at threads I've posted on just to catch up but unfortunately can't always remember the name of the OP or what the thread was called. Is there any way of looking at all my previous posts or even all my recent posts to see what they were?

Sure, you just go to 'My Profile' in the white bar above the yellow bar above, and on the left hand side of that, there is an option to view everything you have either started, or contributed to.

I hadn't realise you could find them so easily, some days I spend ages trawling through trying to find my posts too
