Default Pain After Extraction - Teeth 'Shifting'?

I had an extraction done 3 days ago. AFter the initial ache of it, now ALL my teeth hurt on the top. Apparently (which they didn't tell me, other people have) but when you get an extraction done, the other teeth ache because they have room to shift about. Is this right? How long will it last?

It's at this point after dental work that I end up cancelling/not turning up to my next appointment and moving dentists as i've never had a forum to ask for help before.

Default Re: Pain After Extraction - Teeth 'Shifting'?

Hiya, i asked this same question about a month ago and no one seemed to really know.

I had 2 teeth out last month, one either side and the ones next to the gap still ache and feel tender now to the stage where i wondered if he had taken the right teeth out.

Im not sure if its normal but i do know mine are like this too after a month

      Good luck
      sarah
