when i first came on to this forum i was just about as scared as yu can get i didnt know wat to do and i was unsure that i could even do this but i started to read around and try and find some source of insparation and support.

and wat i found was people who are just like me who want the same thing who want to end this life of pain and suffering so we decided to do something about it now some of us are done and some are just starting out and thats ok we are all in the same boat now i have spents months saying that i would go but i didnt my fear got the best of me.

and it wasnt until just about mid december of last year that i finally went to the dentist for the first time in seven years i was so scared but i went and I DID IT i was so proud of myself and i hope that one day we will all look back at this and be proud that we did it thank yu for reading.
