Surgical removal

Well since I came in here I have now had the novacaine ( or whatever it is twice) and I lived had 5 fillings with 3 to go but next week is a surgical removal. I have infection too :( Im afraid what should I expect, this is a root canal tooth with a crown and theres hardly a tooth. Once I get through this the rest should be a piece of cake!:censored:

It is difficult answering without knowing the clinical situation. For sure you should not feel any pain during the procedure. With sufficient anesthesia you should not feel also any applied pressure.
I sugges you write and email to your dentist, and ask what you have asked us (your dentist knows best) and also ask about the post-operative healing.
