Just plain scared

This morning before I left for my appointment, I sat on my bed and cried and couldn't get the panic feeling to go away. Now, I am on cloud nine today having faced this fear.

Its a real rollercoaster of a day isn't it, starting out in the depths of fear and despair and ending with jubilation. No wonder we all feel tired after dental appointments. I think you have been incredible, especially in moving your appointment forward. Huge congratulations !

Thanks everyone! I know that logically, it is silly, but I had no idea how much this was weighing on me for so long, knowing that I had something I should be taking care of and fearfully avoiding it. I feel like I have a new lease on life.
