Default Replicate System: Immediate Tooth Replacement

      Hi,

I came across an interesting alternative to traditional dental implants and I wondered if it sounds to good to be true? Would be great to get a comment from some experienced dentists.

It looks like it is already available here in Europe and is pending FDA approval in the US.

In order to make a REPLICATE Tooth, NDI needs the following: a 3D x-ray (DVT) showing the tooth to be removed and adjacent and opposing teeth, a digital or PVS impression of the arch, a bite registration and a laboratory order form.
Please correct me if I am wrong. The required 3D x-ray would be taken with a DVT capable machine, which I'm guessing would be an expensive piece of equipment for small practices?

From what I understand, DVT is based on and is an advancement of CBCT technology, which provides a more detailed image and reduces radiation exposure?
