Default 12 year old bridge coming loose!

I have a bridge on my lower right side of my mouth due to a tooth that had an old silver filling that was going bad so they took the 2 other teeth in front and back of the tooth and had a bridge made..that was 12 years ago..it is a porcelain crown and have had NO problems with it,,Only the temporary at first until I had the permanent one made..
I have no tooth pain whatsoever either..
Can I get the side of the crown *1st tooth where it is a little loose)(back 3 teeth lower)...just have sealant put on or around it?
Do I need a whole new bridge?
help! I am scared! Do they pry it off if they have to? the back of it isnt loose just around the side of the 1st tooth....
Ive had no other problems with my teeth...
I also go to the dentist for cleanings/every 6 months and xrays 1 x a year. thanks for any info.

The bridge needs to be removed to be cemented back on again. You need to get to your dentist ASAP, if one end has come loose then there can be extremely rapid decay under the loose end!

      GORDON!
thank you! You were right..There was a ton of decay..
My question though to you is
Is it normal to have done only a temporary filling and then cover it with a bridge? My dentist said that wasn't good but that is probably what they did back then? because the temporary most likely washed away and promoted the tooth decay..

I did need a root canal on molar number 31. 29 is still in question. The endodontist will let me know Mon. I have one more appt. for him to seal the teeth since he cleaned out the 4 canals of number 31. It was so hot to the touch when my dentist was drilling out the decay...then it started to hurt..when they put air on it.......(suction )...
Anyway......I have a temporary bridge that looks aestechically better than my 12 year old procelain to metal fused bridge!
They are getting me a zirconium made bridge.............once all is done.

No, it's not normal practice to make a bridge over a temp filling. The trouble is, after 12 years and some decay, it would be quite hard to know exactly what was in there, the temp stuff tends to wash away over time.
