I'm going back to the dentist tomorrow morning for fillings. So far all the work I've had done has been on my bottom teeth. Now, I'm worried about being numb on top is there a difference? I guess what I'm asking is.......for people who fear being numb which is easier being numb on the bottom or top? When the bottom is numb it's always only on one side of my mouth so will it be the same with the top??? I've really got myself worked up over this now!
This probably doesn't even make sence lol
TIA

Top is "easier" in that respect because a smaller area is numbed :). For lower teeth, usually one whole side is numbed, whereas for top teeth, usually only the area immediately surrounding the tooth is numbed (which I suppose is good news for you ).

All the best for tomorrow :grouphug:

Thanks!
I'm leaving in a few minutes still nervous but I know I'll be okay!
