Please Help

Hi I have not visited a dentist for some 15 years now have a bad tooth pain from a broken tooth that happened about 5 years ago. The thing is I need to call a dentist today (and I will ) Fear is an understatment is there anything I can take to calm me down ? Bach 'Rescue Remedy' has been mentioned on this site were do I get this from.

If in the uk, ring nhs dental helpline and tell them your nervous.

Your dentist or doctor can prescribe tranquilisers to calm your fears.

Thanks all I Have made an apointment and they understand my fear, got a 8.10am slot so not many in at that time. Got some Bach rescue from boots wikll give it a go.
