I feel a hint of courage startint to blosson in my heart.
I had the courage to e mail a dentist web that is specialzed in dental phobia.
I can see that with your help I will be able to overcame somehow this terrible phobia that controls my life for so long

I started the same way. I could not muster up the courage to actually call and make an appointment because I didn't want to have to explain all the problems when they ask "what do you need to see the doc for." To me, that is just such a laughable question. I always want to be a smarty pants and say what don't I need to have done.

My first appointment was in July, and here it is September and I have just completed a big chunk of what I need to have done. Unfortunately, I am out of money, so I won't be having more done now.

Just remember to keep it one step at a time and do what you can handle. Congrats on the first email. You can do this!
