Hi All,
I have a fear of needles after having to have one for a root canal a couple of years ago and it was the most painful experience I have ever had.
Anyway I have now changed to a dentist who uses the wand.
I was really nervous before but needn't of been. She put some numbing gel on my gum and applied the wand a few times so I could have one side of my mouth deep cleaned and didn't feel a thing!!!!!!
The anaesthetic wore off really quickly as well.
If anybody has a fear of needles I would highly recommend you to try it.
If I can do it anyone can.
