2 Fillings = Pain

Had 2 fillings yesterday at the same time and procedure lasted an hour.

After the anaesthetic wore off, I was in a lot of pain that I felt like crying tbh. With 2 neurofen plus, the pain subsided. Pain started coming back 6 hours later, so had another 2. Today it has been alright but the pain is there but tolerable. It just feels like its throbbing, achey and sore. Which is unusual when I have fillings.

To be honest I dont know where both fillings were done, but I know one was right at the back at the bottom left.

Any idea if the pain is normal and how long should it last?

Unfortunately your description is so vague it could be almost anything, but if you're having so much pain I strongly suggest you contact your dentist ASAP.

Its just painful now if I eat something cold on it. You get that long lasting pain for a while each time.

I would give it a week and see if there’s any improvement at all.
