Is it okay to swish gently with salt water at this point? Also, when am I safely past the chance for dry socket?

Hi, I am 24 post molar removal and I’ve been told to warm salt water rinse 4 x a day from this morning. I’ve also had a lukewarm drink.
Also interested to know when I can stop being anxious regarding dry socket so hopefully Gordon or someone else equally helpful will reply

I'd stop worrying after a day or so to be honest, most of them show up within 24 hrs in my experience. A lot of them as soon as the local wears off...
