A small dry socket

I was diagnosed with a small dry socket yesterday and was prescribed 875 mg of amoxicillin 2 times a day and Advil dual action 250mg every 8 hours. I was wondering if that will be enough for me to go back to work on Wednesday afternoon. I'm a janitor so my job requires me to do a bunch of work that is very physical and heavy lifting.

Since "all" a dry socket does is cause you a lot of pain, then there's no physical reason why you can't do your job, assuming you don't feel too much like crap due to the pain/lack of sleep etc
