Abcess type taste after wisdom removal

Hi Guys n Gals.
I am post surgery by 4 days and i am getting a horrible taste in my mouth, the same as when i had dental abcess and they went pop.
Its increasing more today, its been like it since saturday but i thought it was blood from gum.

I cant open my mouth far enough at the mo to check whats going on..mostly due to a split lip during surgery.

Just wondered if anyone had same after extract?

Should be fine, just try to keep rinsing out with warm salty water.
