Abscess maybe

I recently noticed i have a slightly red gum cheek inside . I googled it and it said to leave and see what happens after 3 weeks nhs guidelines. Its a week or so later and my throat is hurting . No pain from teeth at all . My teeth are all loose the ones i have left and i have seen hygienst every 3 months but cannot bear the deep clean . Just wondered what a dentist would think. I think i know i need to see my dentist and have a check up booked for early march . Would it be detremental to wait till then ?

It should be OK till then unless it gets a lot worse, the sore throat may not be related.
