Abscess still on gum after root canal?

Had RCT on Friday, it's now Monday and I still have the lump on my gum.
I'm on antibiotics too!

It does seem to be shrinking but comes back up after I brush my teeth.

Is this normal?

It sounds suspicious. I would advise contact your dentist and ask for a follow up X-ray.
