Aching 2 years after implant

Hi

I had an implant in January 2022 and it was buried and later uncovered in April 2022 I had a temporary tooth placed but it was after I had gotten the permanent tooth I get an aching pain. The dentist has checked and has said that there is nothing wrong with the implant.

Last year around this time he changed to the temporary tooth and the aching went. But now I have a permanent tooth again and maybe 5 or 6 months with this permanent tooth then aching has come back.

I don't know how to go back to him for a second time and tell him what's going on. I don't know what will happen. I cannot go through more surgery as it's impacting on my health.

It sounds like the bite may be a bit off with the permanent crown. Don't worry about going back it's hardly like you're pestering the dentist.
