I’m nearly 14 days loose extraction I still have stitches and they are quite smelly any advice please the wound looks white / grey / pink

Give the sutures a gentle tug and see if they fall out. White/grey/pink is normal granulation tissue by the sound of it.
Giive your dentist a ring and ask them to remove the sutures if they don't come away for you. It takes about 30s and doesn't hurt.
