Hi everyone

So clearly I suffer from anything Dental anxiety I have to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth iv put it off for about 5 years now.
the dental offices im with now is amazing but the dentist is saying that with laughing gas will be fine and I'm just wanna be put to sleep the less I hear and see the better.
But all I keep thinking about how bad the pain with the recovery i did go down the Rabbit Hole of tictok and i don't do well with stitches and blood I'm also older so I fear the recovery will be harder I was told that they're not impacted so I'm assuming that's the only good thing I have going for me right now

Hi there,

first of all, well done on getting it done! :) when it comes to recovery, it really does not have to be bad if you consider a couple of things. Please do not believe tik tok, out of a simple fact: fear and sensations bring in the most likes, so if anyone posted a video of them bein super fit after wisdom teeth removal, it wouldn't get any likes and would certainly not manage to get shown anywhere. It is so much cooler to post pictures where people look like a hamster  Fun aside. I had all 4 wisdoms out, had no swelling, was eating pizza the same day and all was well. All you need is to cool properly after the procedure, cooling packs are your best friends. An over the counter painkiller will take care of the pain. If you keep good aftercare, you will be fine.

All the best wishes
