Am I overthinking?

Hi,
On Tuesday of last week I got the crown installed on an implant on my upper right first molar and around that time started noticing slight pain on my lower right second molar (and all wisdom tooth removed) when chewing on an apple that I had cut in slices. I was getting used to being able to use my new tooth and things are getting better on that side. However that slight pain when chewing on an apple slice doesn’t seem to have changed.

Am I overthinking that something is wrong with that lower second molar? I only noticed this while eating apples so far.

Hi,

It does not sound like you are overthinking. The implant and crown should be comfortable by now.
I suggest you either see the dentist or have a teeth cleaning (in case it has been a while since last cleaning).
