If we are talking diets and lifestyle:

  • I only drink water and sugar free pop. I dont drink any hot drinks at all, I dont like them.
  • When I snack it tends to be savoury like crisps. I eat maybe a chocolate bar a day at work but sometimes not at all.
  • I also snack on just bread. Its weird but i like it. might snack on 2 slices of plain bread. or crackers
  • my diet is not all that carbohydratey. I eat spaghetti and pasta sometimes usually centred around sports. I eat a lot of vegetables but the fruits i eat tend to only really be bananas or apples
  • I have an ungodly amount of saliva. i wake up and its drbbled all over me sometimes
  • I brush my teeth mostly twice a day and use tepe's sometimes but they make my gums feel swollen so sometimes i dont bother
  • Ive got a weird gum bit in my mouth were the dentist has said i overbrushed my teeth, they havent said its a problem but told me to get an electric toothbrush. its like the top of the tooth is worn away where it meets the gums
Im 39 and not had much dental work in my life (thank god or else id kill myself).

Am i doing alright? what am i doing wrong?

Snacking can be a bit of an issue for decay if you're eating often between meals, it's because of something called the Stephan Curve.
