Any ideas whats the cause?

Hello,

The pic with the grey circle (is tooth #6) is from May time. I noticed there was a chip out my filling. Dentist since said its all fine, still sealed.

Last couple days had issue with flossing between the #5&6. Not flossed for few days admittedly. On inspection (as I thought maybe a bit of food was trapped!) It looks like there's a gap between the teeth. Is this a gum issue? There is a 'black triangle' on smile side and gum looks flattened. Or is it the #6 filling chipped in another area now? Or a issue with #5? No pain.

#6 is root canalled.

Will call Dentist but just wanted some advice from pics, maybe it's obvious to someone who knows.

The chip isn't related to the gum issue. Looks like a bit of gingivitis, are you able to get floss in there?
