Any thoughts on why my front tooth filling is discoloured (less than one month)

Hi, I’ve posted extensively in the other forum area but I have an issue here.

This tooth was damaged a couple years ago from slight trauma falling off a bicycle. It was chipped a little bit, and discolouration rapidly set in.

I’ve since had it filled and day one when she gave me the mirror it was great. Both white, no discolouration or chip, you couldn’t even tell which tooth it was. Fast forward less than a month later and i’m now noticing it’s discoloured, and weirdly almost how it looked when it was chipped, but evidently longer as it lines up with the other front tooth. So it’s not like any material has just fallen off.

How has this happened? What do people think? Apologies for the pic quality, but you can see the 1mm ish of discolouration, and it has 2 strange lighter lines (and a little lighter than the whole tooth), coming up from the middle almost like a V shape @ 45 degree angles.

It's picked up some staining. Go back to the dentist and ask them to polish it (completely painless!) and work out what is causing the staining.

Wow, that is rapid staining considering it’s not even been a month. Is there anything I can do at home to reduce it other than a regular electric brush and keeping on top of things? Or is it locked in too deep now and I can’t shift it without a dentist help?

I do vape, and drink sugar free tea pretty regularly, so i’m assuming it would be that. Would be hard to give up both if i’m honest. Perhaps I can change my technique vaping (often it hits those front teeth thinking about it)

It might not have been well enough polished initially, so it would stain fast. Both the tea and the vape are very good at creating stains though.
It's not a DIY job to fix it.
