Anyone had happy air for tooth extraction.Is it good?

Hi,
im due to have a tooth extraction with happy air? Just wondered if anyone has had it before and is it effective? I am dreading having the procedure.

I have to say I cannot even get my teeth cleaned without it, but I highly recommend it. It relaxes me as much as possible. It just relieves some of the tension that you get all built up when you are anxious about the dentist. I also have to take Xanax with the Nitrous just to get in the chair. I have an extremely hard time getting numb and if I don't relax a bit with the nitrous my dentist has a even harder time getting me numb.
