Anyone know what this bump over buried wisdom tooth could be?

Anyone know what this bump could be? It’s over my buried wisdom tooth? It’s been giving me a bit of trouble. Located on the right side of the picture. Sorry for the gross photo.

It's called "operculum" it's basically the gum over the wisdom tooth. They get a bit inflamed if you catch them when chewing and can swell a bit.

Thanks for your input. Yes my dentist definitely thinks its some irritation of gum tissue over the wisdom tooth.
