I like my appointments early in the morning even though I'm actually a afternoon person. I work in hospital and work with a lot of doctors at the back end office. Over here, my coworkers and I all know and have experienced how some clinicians get a little cranky and short fused after a long day of seeing patients, dealing with patients' families, overrunning and dealing with a backlog of cases. So I always try to make it a point to get a morning appointment to hopefully avoid that.
