Black mark on teeth

I black marks on inner side of teeth which looks too ugly,i brush a lot but it won't be effective,i am scared it will effect my teeth do i have any solution to remove it myself or do i consult with some dentist.

You need somebody to look at it and tell you what it is, that's got to be a dentist really.
