Is there something i can take for bleeding gums , seems like everytime i brush blood comes out of my gums my question is how reversible is this and what should i be doing

Sounds like you need to see a dentist or a hygienist. Bleeding on brushing indicates some gum inflammation, but to diagnose it properly you need to get it looked at.
