Bleeding in mouth during night for almost 2 months

Hey so I started waking with bleeding in month about 2 months ago.

I've had chest xray, bloods and a sputum test and although the sputum test showed up some bacteria everything else is clear.

It's only at night but am starting to wonder is it coming from a tooth, as I have took a photo (more then one and it always seems to be from a top tooth, roof of mouth and tongue...

Would this be possible or is it a medical reason I just persist with the doctor about? I can share the photo if needs be

Dentists know a lot more about medical issues involving mouths than doctors do (full disclosure, my son is a doctor!), what does your dentist think?
