Bone fragment

i had my wisdom teeth pulled about 4 years ago. Back in January i had a bone fragment come through my gum where my tooth was. The dentist had to remove it. Now i have the same thing on the otherside. Its kinda painful and dentist's are closed cause of the virus. Is there anything i can do to maybe help it come out on its own?

Pick at it with a clean finger nail? Clean pair of tweezers? Anything like that really.

Thank u. I have been rinsing with salt water hoping it would do something but its just starting to poke through
