Bone graft and dental implants at same time. Not sure if graft healing ok...

I had my dental implants and bone graft done at the same time 1 week ago. For my 3 front teeth, it will be 2 dental implants and 3 crowns so its like a bridge! Is it normal for my gums to be discolored? I am in no pain, there is no swelling which is a good thing. I'm just worried about my gums. Seem very white/pale and there is what seems to be granulation tissue over the socket area. (I hope it is anyway):( The graft gums simply to not match the colour of my other gums at all it looks very odd, how long does it take for the color to come back?

Can someone who has had this procedure before please let me know if this or normal. It is costing me a serious amount of money and i just need to be sure it is healing ok and all is normal.

Salt water rinses whenever i can plus corsodyl mouthwash which was prescribed by the surgeon.

Stitches are still intact but seem to be covered in this white mushy substance (it makes me feel already that gums are wearing away straight away).

Thanks for your answers in advance, i am unable to contact my implant specialist until i retrieve her number, so i have came here for advice and support.

Sounds normal to me. I strongly advise against looking at the site because if you're pulling your lip then it can stretch the stitches and can open the wound back up.
