Bone shaving for denture/affect future implant?/root nxt to sinus.

Hi everyone,

I need to have my bone shaved for the second pair of dentures that i'm unable to wear due to pain. I also had the opportunity to have my root out at the back too as they don't know which is causing the problem. But as the root is very close to my sinus! i've opted to try the bone shaving first.
I don't think i will ever get used to dentures and was wondering:-

• Will the bone shaving at all impede upon me having implants in the future?
• ...Or having the root out, -would i actually need to have it out to have an implant there?
• And how dangerous is taking that root out that is so close to my sinus?

Bone shaving may reduce the volume of bone needed for an implant
root must be out for an implant there
we take out roots all the time near the sinus.
