Hi can bone fragments travel to the sinuses etc . And I've been digging at it hurt so much I couldn't wait for dentist to scrape but it still is not normal.

I dug and dug at the painful spur in my jaw it's mostly gone now and not as painful.. will it be okay?

Don't want to do a one word answer again. So yes, it'll be fine. The proper name for them is boney spicules, which is much more impressive sounding than spurs
