I got a bridge a few days ago on the lower left side back molars and everything feels fine except for one thing. The bridge is starting to feel very normal not big like it did at first. The problem is when I bite down on food there is tenderness and pain. Biting down on food is the only time I feel any discomfort at all. It doesn't hurt to touch my teeth together even if I clamp down. It is only when there is food involved. There is no lingering pain or soreness afterwards either. I was wondering if this sounded like an issue with the bite? Or is this normal senstivity after a procedure that will go away soon? Or does it sound like something more serious going on?
