So I have health anxiety first off. But recently I’ve noticed a white, bony-like, bump under my gum. It’s not painful or anything and I don’t know how long it’s been there. Can someone please help? Thanks! I have attached a picture.

I'm no dentist and the picture doesn't seem super clear, but you might simply be seeing your teeth root. The gum is slightly thinner around there and the white color of your teeth is seen clearly through the gums. If you worry about it, it might be a good idea to see a dentist to take a look.

More precisely the bone covering the tooth root. Bang on with everything else though Geos.
