So I am really trying to build the courage to visit the dentist soon, for the first time in a few years. I know my teeth aren't in great shape and I'm petrified that I will need a lot of fillings done, and maybe more extensive work. I'm not in any pain, but I am really trying to make myself go before it gets to the point that I am have a really painful problem.

I have white marks all over my teeth, but one of my teeth a couple of my teeth have small chips in the white marks. I've attached a picture of the most prominent one, although it is hard to see in the picture. Are these concerning and will they likely need fillings or other treatment?

I also had some composite bonding on both of my upper canine teeth a few years ago. They had some tiny chips in them and the dentist suggested that they had some minimal filling work done. On one of them, the bonding goes to the gumline and shortly after it was done, a black line appeared at the gumline. It's been there ever since, but I was too scared to get it checked out. There is a picture below. Is this a problem or just cosmetic?

Thank you.

You can't say for sure from photos, sorry. They both need looking at but neither will need more than a small filling at worst case.
