Chipped filling advice ?

Hi all

So my filling too left tooth just a bit at the back ( not off the gum line ) it was done poorly by nhs dentist and now my daughter is paying for my private dental care.
I have an appointment booked on the 28th of April and they said if it gets worse like pain etc they will try get me in sooner , but am just wondering is there anything I can do too take care of it until then ?

I know salt washes (and I brush floss and use the little brushes between my teeth ) .

Nothing you can do, just keep the area nice and clean, assuming it's not too sensitive to brush it. Don't bother with the salt washes either.
