Chipped front tooth - How to get it fixed?

Hi all,

I have a chip in my front tooth on the inside that I'd like to get fixed. It just got chipped this afternoon whilst driving for no reason I'm aware of. Does anyone know how a dentist could repair it (permanently)?



Any help appreciated.

Depending on the size of the chip and what caused it, it would likely need either a filling or a crown to replace the missing area. The dentist who looks at the tooth is really the only one that can make that final determination.
