chrome Denture - Can you add any new teeth to them?

Hi,
I'm considering an upper partial Chrome Denture, as I missing a few back teeth.
Can you add any new teeth to a metal denture?

I ask because I have gum disease and I have a very slight wobbly tooth, which might end up going within a year or so.
Also does anyone know what is healthier for the body acrylic your Chrome Denture.

Second question, generally the chrome is better, the acrylic is slightly permeable to bacteria and fungus, so if your denture hygiene isn't great, then they can cause issues.
