Hello everyone,
I recently mustered up the courage, and the money, and two valiums, and went for a dental implant (as well as a bone graft on the other side). I was told that I now have to wait about 3-4 months, and after that the 2nd part of the implant will take place, which will be that "it will be measured and then have a crown fitted".
My question is - what exactly does that procedure involve? Is it painful? Will I need local anaesthetic? How do they do it?
I've looked online and can't find any detailed description of this. I'd appreciate your experiences, as it really helps when I know what to expect.
