Demineraliztion Problem with teeth

I do my best to take care of my teeth,but I keep having a problem with my teeth demineralizing. I keep getting white spots on my teeth. I am at a lost as to why this keeps happening. I would like to mineralize them without using fluoride. Is there a way to fix this problem with diet? Does stress play part in depleting your body of vitamins and minerals to cause your teeth to do this? I believe it is very possible.

Stress has nothing to do with demineralisation, who has told you that this is happening?
