I have a front tooth implant which I've had the provisional crown on for about 3 months. I've noticed that I am having slight pain when biting down (medium to hard) and tenderness at the roof of my mouth (like pushing on a bruise)
I've been to my dentist who did it and he said no sign of infection and no sign of failure. It's not painful when not using it.
I'm having pretty bad anxiety about this and know something isn't right.
I'm going back to get another check up as he thinks it could be soft tissue damage or the crown isn't sitting correctly.
Anyone have experience with this? Im starting to freak out about having this all done again.
