I suffer from agoraphobia and panic disorder, and after not going to the dentist for 20 years, I finally worked up the courage to go. I was under oral sedation (worked wonders, don't remember a thing) and my procedure was 2 hours long and I had 3 molars extracted and 2 immediate implants placed, (not pictured, but im not too worried about those as they did a wonderful job.)
But I did get 7 cavities filled. And I'm a little bit concerned with how they came out. My bottom molar which is circled looks like it still has grey underneath it. Also, I can't get floss to pass between that molar and the tooth next to it. Should I be concerned? I know that picture isn't the best picture, but the filling on it also looks like the filling on the picture the arrow is pointing to, which the aesthetic of it doesn't please me at all.
I'm not sure if l'm just picky, but i feel as if the fillings don't look as good as I thought they would. The molar with the arrow pointed to it especially irks me. Is this normal for fillings to look like that? And as for the molar next to that one, why is there 2 small blackish dots? I feel as if getting 2 implants and 7 cavities filled within a 2 hour appointment is a lot of work, and lm wondering if maybe they rushed through the cavities part? Mind you, I went to the absolute best dentist in my area and paid a lot of money. Thanks in advance for any advice/help.

The black dots are staining, nothing to worry about.
The greyish colour I can't really see much wrong with it, but it's really hard to say from a photo.
The yellow arrowed one looks OK, the shade might be a tiny bit off but composites for molars come in a fairly limited range of shades so it's not always possible to get a perfect match. I doubt if anyone who isn't a dentist would notice it.
Was there something else about it you don't like?

@Gordon
Will the staining eventually go away?
And honestly the color of the fillings are really the only thing I didn't like. I was just worried people would notice them, but if they seem okay, I will get over it eventually.
What about not being able to pass floss between my bottom molar and the tooth next to it? When I tried flossing, the molar with the new filling felt almost as if a lot of pressure was being put on it, or like something was stuck inside of that tooth. I just stopped flossing that area, but that pressure feeling took almost an hour to go away.

@Gordon also I have noticed that the molar with the arrow pointed at it still looks a bit discolored. It still looks grey inside the tooth on the one side. Is that normal?

No, that sounds like it needs a bit of attention. Sorry, I must've missed that bit. Likely just needs the filling polished a bit, it can be tricky to get the margin right when it's in between teeth when using composite.
I wouldn't worry about the greyish colour. Had it been filled with amalgam previously by any chance?

I have never had any type of filling before this so no. I have also just noticed this tooth, im confused as if it has been filled or not. But it still looks like a have a cavity, and when I floss there is a shooting pain. Is this just another stain or something I should consult my dentist with?

@Gordon for some reason it didn't tag you in my reply above

The filling in the first premolar isn't great, there's a bit of an overhang that needs polished, it'll catch floss. The 2nd premolar has staining on the biting surface with a nice filling between it and the first premolar.
