Having had lots of top teeth extracted I was given immediate full upper denture. I then got infection so was unable to wear it until I'd taken 2 sets of antibiotics so my dentist realigned it to fir again as my mouth had changed in that time. At first it was tight but I got on with it but was unable to eat with it just due to the pressure when biting against my still healing gums. It's now gone loose again and dentist advised and gave me a sample tube of Fixodent to use showing me where to put it and how much. I've tried to use twice now and have been fine but my problem is at night when I remove denture the adhesive that remains in my move makes me physically sick. I've never been very good with anything that sticks to my mouth. Just feeling it there causes me to throw up. Anyone have any good advice of what else can be used that wouldn't leave that horrible adhesive film layer that causes me to be sick.
Thanks in advance
