Dentures and Metal Detectors

I'm just wondering if dentures (with seemingly metal clasps, not sure what they're actually made of) will set off a metal detector in an airport or courthouse. If so, how embarrassing! Do you have to take your teeth out to show the security person with a bunch of people in line behind you? Thanks.

No, they're not magnetic so they don't set off the detectors. Same as metal fillings don't :)

Thanks to both of you. Dentures with clasps and implants both look metal to me -lol. The silly little things I worry about.
