Did my gum disease reappear?

After my deep cleaning, I never skip brushing with my electric oral b toothbrush. I floss as much as I need to throughout the day and and I waterpik once a day. I started using nighttime reset listerine sometimes twice a day. I don’t brush too hard, as my toothbrush has a sensor on it if I do. There is no plaque/calculus on my teeth. How do my gums look? I’m severely paranoid when it comes to my teeth now.

You can't tell if there's gum disease from a photo. Do you have bleeding on brushing or eating hard foods? Did your dentist mention any particular problem areas?

Given your oral hygiene regime, I'd be surprised if you have any gum issues.
