I had a filling replaced today, and when the dental dam was removed it got stuck in between two teeth for a send, and the doctor kinda janked it loose forcefully.

Now i looked at the adjacent tooth and saw this?

It this a fracture? It doesn't look like a craze line?
Did the adjacent tooth got fractured because of the dam getting stuck?
if it's a fracture can it even be fixed or will it just die eventually?

It looks like a craze line in the enamel, quite common and not a problem. I don't think rubber dam could do this, it's so much softer than enamel I can't see any way it can damage tooth substance.
Chances are it was there before and you've just not noticed it.
