dissolvable stiches

hi,
I had a wisdom tooth extracted from my lower jaw two days ago and have just started today to rinse with salt water. i have noticed more strings from my dissolvable stitches are loose and i am unsure of what to do is it dangerous if they come out too early? is this to early? i don't know what to do please help!!

It really depends on how the area is healing.
It's probably worth asking for a 5 minute check with your dentist to make sure everything is looking ok, which it most probably is.
