Does the Epinephrine in the numbing agent cause anxiety to most anxiety-patients ? Or not really?

I have an upcoming appointment next week. I've read that Epinephrine in the injections can cause havok on anxiety patients. Is that true? I recall having cavities filled in the past in Mexico, was numbed and didnt really have any panic attack or issue. But sadly, my anxiety has gotten worse throughout the years. Never had an issue with it either…. apparently, on rare occasion, the local anaesthetic can accidentally end up in a blood vessel - which then sets off the reaction you describe. It’s scary but harmless. The chances of it happening are very slim, so I wouldn’t worry about it….
